Our Story
American CleanSource was founded in Tempe, Arizona in 1979 by Kevin Hall. Over 40 years of walking Phoenix Valley commercial facilities, Kevin developed the CleanLock Program — a preventive carpet management approach that keeps commercial carpet clean 365 days a year rather than following the traditional break-fix cleaning cycle.
Kevin has served as a carpet expert witness in litigation cases, formulated cleaning chemistry, and built a reputation as the person you call when every other carpet vendor has failed. American CleanSource serves offices, medical facilities, retail spaces, and commercial properties throughout the Phoenix Metro area.
